Where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes.

Processing

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend or US public holiday, ship the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may attract duties and import taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it — once a label is created we cannot redirect the parcel. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for five business days, tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement without waiting for it to resolve.
