This policy explains what information the Stackline Store collects when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the items you bought. We need this to take payment and get the parcel to you.
- Payment details — handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device information — browser type, IP address, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies so the store works and so we can see which products people look at.
What we do with it
We use it to fulfil your order, to email you about that order, to screen for fraud, and, if you have opted in, to send occasional product emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers who make the store work: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers and email provider. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email store@stackline.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the footer of any message.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and analytics cookies that tell us how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will stop working.
